Purple Garlic
Very intense aroma. Nice natural spicy. High content in Allicin. The teeth, purple on the outside and white on the inside.

White Garlic
Head of irregular shape. Skins, whitish color. Spicy flavor medium intensity.

Regular large head with purple streaks on the outside. Spicy flavor low.
